This project is known as a deep retrofit. Not deep as in reciting 17th century literature - deep as in this retrofit was almost a complete rebuild, not from the ground up, but from the walls in. Everything was gutted and remodeled into a beautiful workspace.

Even compared with a gutted space running only work lights - and with the showroom and warehouse not yet updated - the total electric bill was down about 10%.
