Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide, plus basic technical context such as the page you sent it from, your browser language, and time zone. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the email address you enter. We also receive server-side metadata such as IP address and user agent so we can deliver the message and reduce spam.
If you email or call us directly, we keep the information you share so we can respond.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand traffic and measure advertising. Those services may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies in your browser, and Google provides opt-out tools for its advertising cookies.
We use Google reCAPTCHA on forms to reduce automated spam. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information for that purpose, as described in Google’s privacy policy.
How we use information
We use form and newsletter submissions to respond to inquiries, send requested materials, follow up on projects, and share occasional GENISYS news if you subscribed. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed with Google Firebase (hosting, Cloud Functions, and Firestore) and emailed to our team. Analytics and ads data is processed by Google. Our parent company, Innovative Lighting LLC, may see inquiries that relate to shared operations.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and newsletter records as long as needed to handle your request and our ordinary business records, then delete or archive them according to our internal practices.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your contact or newsletter information by emailing genisys@innovativelight.com. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We do not sell personal information.
Children
This website is intended for business customers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
